Use of services
By accessing the Nector Labs website or using any app we publish, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.
User responsibilities
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Don't attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or compromise the integrity of our services.
- Keep your account credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- Respect other users — no harassment, spam, or abuse.
App availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Content and intellectual property
Nector Labs and its licensors own all rights in the services. You retain ownership of content you create in our apps; by using the service you grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to provide the service.
Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nector Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and in-app where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
