Nector Labs ("we", "us") is an AI-powered software development agency and app publisher. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we handle it across our website (nectorlabs.io) and the mobile and web apps we publish.

From our website

When you visit nectorlabs.io, we collect minimal information to operate the site — anonymized analytics (page views, referrers, approximate region) and any details you voluntarily submit through the contact form (name, email, company, project description).

From our apps

Each app we publish collects only the data needed for its features. Common categories include:

Account data — email and authentication, if the app has accounts
Usage data — anonymized analytics to understand and improve the app
Content you create — notes, photos, or other content you save in the app

We do not sell your personal data. We do not run advertising on our apps that profiles you.

Your rights

Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13 unless explicitly stated on the app detail page. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes are announced on this page with a new "last updated" date and, where appropriate, in-app.
